DAYTONA PAYLOAD ACCOMODATIONS

Daytona’s payload fairing assembly is a separate unit from the booster stack. Booster and payload processing occurs separately allowing each to be transported and checked out safely and efficiently.

This provides our customers and Phantom operations maximum flexibility in managing the payload. Integration and encapsulation may occur at the spaceport, Phantom’s factory in Tucson, or at the customer’s location. Payloads may also be encapsulated and pre-positioned at the spaceport or integrated as a late-add to provide responsive launch capability.
